The Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival is now clearly established as one of the premier country racing carnivals in Australia. Â Winner of the prestigious Racing NSW award for the 'Most Popular Country Feature Racemeeting' in 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2003. Â The Albury Gold Cup is recognised as an icon event for the fast developing city of Albury. Â $675,800 in prizemoney, trophies and bonuses on offer over two days with the feature race - $170,000 Listed Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup (2000m).;
Race 1 - 1.18pm; Last race - 5.40pm
$30 Adults; Â $25 Aged Pensioners
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for entry to the course.

How To Get There:
Buses will be operating from central Albury to the racecourse between 11.00am : 2.00pm departing from the following stops every 30 minutes:
- Atura Albury (Dean Street)
- QEII Square (Dean Street)
- Myer Shopping Centre (David Street)
- Lavington Shopping Centre (Griffith Road)
- Thurgoona Plaza
- Thurgoona Drive (opposite St Hillaire)
- Elizabeth Mitchell Dr & Quondong Streets
For the return trip, buses will be operating from the racecourse to central Albury between 4.30pm : 8.00pm dropping at Dean St, Lavington Shopping centre & Thurgoona on demand.
Â Cost of bus travel - $8 return or one way
There is limited car parking available at the racecourse. Â Patrons are encouraged to utilise either the bus service or taxis to get to and from the track.
Centre Field Marquee Guests:
Centre Field Marquee Guests will have access to the centre of the track via the gate adjacent to the mounting yard. Â Only people with appropriate ticketing will have access to the centre of the track. Â
