With uninterrupted views of the entire course, television screens, Tote facilities and private bar the corporate box provides the ultimate raceday entertainment package.
 

Package includes:

• Private use of the Corporate Box facility suitable for approximately 50 - 60 guests
• 50 racecourse admission tickets
• Private bar facility with Albury Racing Club professional bar staff
• Cash Bar for beverages or alternatively a beverage package can be arranged
• Private Tote facility
• Full television coverage of local and interstate racing
• Catering available through the Albury Racing Club or option to self cater

Cost: $900 Members, $1,200 Non-members

Deck Package

The new ‘Deck’ adjacent to the Betting Ring will be available for most race meetings during season 2010/11.

Package includes:
Private use of half of the Deck area allocated for approximately 60 – 80 guests

• 60 racecourse admission tickets
• 7 tables and cloths
• 35 chairs
• 6 bar tables
• Private bar set up with Albury Racing Club professional bar staff
• Cash Bar for beverages or alternatively a beverage package can be arranged.
• Catering available through the Albury Racing Club or option to self cater
     
  Cost: $900 Members

          $1,200 Non-Members

For the full use of the Deck for larger groups, the Albury Racing Club can tailor a specific package to meet individual needs.

Marquee

Marquee Package

 Marquee Packages for groups of 20 – 60 people:

• Private Marquee
• Market Umbrella
• Garden tables and chairs
• Trestle tables for food and beverage service
• Racecourse admission

         $38 per person

For groups larger than 60 people the Albury Racing Club can tailor a specific marquee package to meet your individual needs.

Catering Options:

• Finger Food – from $15 per person
• BBQ Lunch – from $18 per person
• Cold Buffet Lunch – from $25 per person
• Self Cater

Beverage Options:

• Pre-order beverages that will be delivered to your marquee with tubs of ice
• Purchase beverages from the bar during the afternoon
• Strictly no BYO beverages.

Beer Garden Package 

  Beer Garden will be set up for the following meetings with live entertainment:

• Tuesday 2 November
• Thursday 4 November
• Saturday 11 December
• Saturday 18 December

Package available for a minimum of 10 people:

• Racecourse admission
• Reserved table and chairs in the Beer Garden

Melbourne Cup Luncheon
Enjoy the day in comfort and take in all the racing action from Flemington and Albury.  The Melbourne Cup Luncheon will be held in the Pavilion and new Deck area.

Package includes:

• Racecourse admission
• Racebook
• Buffet Luncheon (served from 1pm)

• TAB and Television facilities
• Melbourne Cup Sweeps operating

Merry Christmas Package

• Racecourse Admission
• Marquee and courtyard area inclusive of tables, chairs and market umbrella
• Finger food served to your marquee between 1.00pm and 3.00pm
• Beverages are an additional cost.  To be ordered and delivered on ice to your marquee at 12.30pm.  A nominated person to be responsible for checking and signing that all beverages have been delivered.
